Hi guys,

Some of the my video clips turn green when I play them. I use VLC which normally does the trick. But if I use Media Player (which I need to use to open certain files such as videos for the gadget show because of the license business) it goes all green. I've downloaded the klite codec pack but makes no difference :( Any idea?

are you using nvidia graphics card? try updating the drivers

also, which media player are you using? i think this was resolved in WMP10

i use media player classic, and have wmp10lite installed for the codecs

No - Ati. Everything is upto date. Just downloaded klite mega pack. Still no difference. It only plays fine in VLC but it doesn't support licensing, which MP11 does but that doesn't play the file correctly, its all green.

WTF?

Anyhoo: OP - I found that sometimes when you have too many codec packs installed, messes things up quite a bit. I only install individual codecs when needed. Try removing all the codecs, and start from the beginning
