Video conversion software - for iPhone

I've given in and bought a new 3GS. I've got quite an extensive divx collection, some of which I'd like to play back on the phone.

Any good software out there? Being able to alter size to get it native as well as batch process would be ideal.

Thanks - unfortunately I went to a 4870 so I think any GPU acceleration is out.
