video converter

Hi,

I am making a lot of short clips for a charity website at the moment but I am fed up with using FCP to convert as it takes ages and I cant do anything whilst its going along... SO is there another program that you would recommend to export avi's to say FLV, wmv or mov's? Would itunes be OK?

iSquint is the slimmer, cheaper (Free) brother of VisualHub
