Which nare the best out there that i could buy and has all the effexts and stuff?

Depends on your budget, the popular ones seem to be Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro on the mac.

Seems like Adobe Premier Pro is mentioned a few times.

Can anyone recommend a SIMPLE online guide for using this software? Searches thus far has resulted in 'pay' tutorials or those too advanced.
