Video editing Build (£1.2K)

Hey guys looking for some help for my video editing build from what i've read the graphics card wont be too important so ive been trying to decide on my CPU and Motherboard combo.

i7 4820K and Asus P9X79 LE
i7 5820K and Asus X99-s/Gigabyte x99 gaming 5

Out of those options what would you say is the best? And generally what would you suggest i should get if those options are suited to my needs?

Also will a 120Gb SSD be enough with a 2Tb hard drive as well - or should i go with 250Gb SSD and pick up an external hard drive later on?

Also any other general help would be much appreciated, my budget is £1200 - will not really be using it for gaming so dont really need to worry about that

Thanks for the quick reply! So go for the i7 5820K, which motherboard would you say i should go for the Asus X99-s/Gigabyte x99 gaming 5? My budget for everything is £1200 ill post what ive got so far and just say what you think i should change?
