Video Editing Build

Hi, sorry if Im a bit clueless Ive got a build specced up for a video editing pc. I think it should be a good mid-level video editor, I asked my friend about the different components required and came up with this, but would really appreciate anyone with more knowledge on video editing pcs letting me know if it all looks okay.

Hmm...

Not too keen, I would not go for the 6350, not a great CPU, especially not for Cideo Editing, You really need a Chip with hyperthread like the i7 3770k/4770k..

How heavy is the video editing? Are you doing any CAD work? That Quadro 2000 is around £400+, that's a massive part of your budget on something i very much doubt you need.

What is your overall budget? What are you requirements? Do you need 2 Screens?

You can do a lot LOT better for the money than that, i promise you.

For budget I think Im not looking to go any higher than £1400 really. It depends, Im just trying to get something that will video edit quickly (doesnt have to be a complete beast but Ill be using this pretty much every day for editing so good) and for this purpose buying a custom build seems to be very price competitive compared with just saying to my boss 'oh lets just get a mac'.

I have been reccommended the Quadro from a few different sources, apparently it is especially compatible with Adobe CS6 which is what Ill be using (Premiere Pro and probably a fair bit of animating in After Effects).

The two screen setup is incredibly useful for video editing, trust me
