Video editing/ Game capture PC £300 budget

After a bit of advice

A friend has asked that I build/recommend a PC for her son. He has bought an El Gato capture card HD 60fps and wants to stream his console to Twitch and capture his games for his youtube channel. I think it’s a good idea as is promotes creativity.

So my question is shall I go for a cheap i5 pre-built system, I’m giving him my 5850 gfx. I’d assume the best thing is make sure it has a big HDD and a SSD with plenty of RAM? Don't need Windows

£300 limit I’ve been told.

300quid is a pretty low budget, do you have any parts spare or sitting around other than your GPU or is this a full setup? (Monitor/keyboard/mouse/case/ etc)
