Video Editing: GFX card only 1% used

I'm using videostudio pro, i thought when i render my gfx card would be used, if i check task manager its only using 1% my cpu is 95% i thought my gfx would be used a lot more, is there something i need to turn on in windows? my gfx is Asus Gforce GTX 960.

Videostudio X8, i have all the hardware acceleration ticked.

Thanks i didn't know that, but when it comes to Videostudio it seems it doesn't use the gfx at all.
