Decent amount of CPU grunt for rendering and encoding (six core piledriver AMD, Intel i7 four or six core would probably be better due to hyperthreading, but not at this price point)
16 of RAM (both photoshop and most video editing packages will appreciate that)
Smaller system drive (SSD would be nice, but struggling to get a decent size one in and meet this budget)
