Video Encoding.

Hi.
Im trying to re-encode a DivX video file to DVD format.
TMPGenc has re-encoded it into a MPEG2 file & a WAV file.
How do i combine the two so that i can put it on a DVD? Or probably a CD seeing as its under 400Mb.

Not sure how to put them together but i use a program which does it all for you and even burns it to DVD, you can also put your own chapters and menu. Its called Nero Vision Express.
