im having a problem playing video files on VLC, im trying to play trailers ive downloaded from apple trailer site. When VLC plays the file i only hear the sound and there is no image displayed. The file works fine when i play with itunes.
Also something else which may be linked, when i play a dvd movie in powerdvd it also jus plays the sound and displays no image. I can play these files fine in wmp11.
The weird thing is, before i did my fresh install all these files/dvd disc would play with these programs, but now after my fresh install they dont.
i have directX 9c, latest gfx card drivers, divx, vlc, quicktime, k lite codec pack, i think it may be a setting somewhere?
