Hey! This forum and it's users have provided me with a whole lot of help since buying my computer from here a few months ago (extremely happy with my purchase btw
)
Now however, I have a general software problem, well when I say problem its more of a question, I want to start uploading videos to YouTube and bought a licensed version of Dxtory (brilliant piece of software, extremely easy to use and efficient) and configured it in the best way using an online guide, even use a video codec specifically created for the easiest and most lightweight video capturing. Yet 29 minutes 03 seconds of footage (Street Fighter x Tekken) is over 40GB! I know there is no way YouTube will accept that, even if it breaks them up into a two video playlist, that's still two 15 minute videos at 20GB each, yet the maximum allowance for upload is 2GB per video if i remember correctly. So my question is, how can I keep a nice quality, while reducing video size and splitting the video in two parts, is there a specific program that's best for this? I was told to use Windows Movie Maker but man, that's blatantly not cut out for this kind of work, several uploaders I know on YouTube have used it and eventually switched to something like Sony Vegas PRO but my problem is that i don't have £350 lying around
aha.
So thats my conundrum, all help will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
