I'd be really interested in a documentary on an inception to release of a video game - think it'd be really interesting.

Thats a great idea. I think it would be better focusing on an indie game. All of the "making of" features for big games feel like PR exercises.

I enjoyed King Of Kong and the Tetris Documentary.
I'm looking forward to Indie Game The Movie.
