Video onto Mobile - Help!!

I have just got a the new samsung U700, which is a fantastic phone, but I am having trouble getting video files to play on the phone?
I have converted the files to 320*240 which I thought was the resolution of the screen, but It says the resolution is not supported.
Can any one help me on the desired resolution etc to make these files play on my phone.

managed to get it working, but dissapointingly will only play at 176x144 and won't use the whole screen of 320x240 to play the files.

Is there a program you're using to convert the files?

Yeah using ImToo ipod Movie converter 3. Emailed Samsung, and their reply was that the phone doesn't support 320x240, so I guess im stuck with 176x144 which is a bit of a shame!
