Video Playback issue's

Recently ive been having issue's with video playback from youtube on my 2nd monitor.
It seems to freeze randomly when the window is not the main focus.

I run a dual Monitor system off a Vega 56 video card
intel i7-5820k @4Ghz
16gb memory
and a crucial ssd.

Most nights i game on WoW and when questing i have the odd video as well as voice comms etc on my 2nd monitor.
up untill recently ive not had any issue's streaming my videos whilst i game.
this appears to be something new. I have noticed if i select my browser window the video plays fine, it only seems to pause and jump about once i go back to interacting with my Game.

Possible Driver issue? have you checked for an update, or perhaps try rolling back to the previous version if you updated recently?

That hints to some kind driver/software problem.
Who knows if some Windows updates could have triggered it.

Funnily enough the issue didnt seem to show itself untill i updated to the newest version of the drivers a couple of weeks ago, i have since just rolled back to 1 driver version before to see if that resolves my issue.

well ive had to go back to driver version 17.12.1 and so far it all works fine. so there is Def an issue with the most upto dat radeon drivers and the version close to it.
Looks like i will be testing them from 17.12.1 until i find the newest version of the drivers where i dont have this issue.
