I dont really know how to describe this problem in one or two words, hence the title.

But when I restarted my PC after installing some program, my resoulution has messed up, I use a widescreen TFT, I use 1440x900 but I cant select it, and it has reverted back to 1024x800, I launched a game (CSS) and to my joy I had found out that my game resolution has messed up too, in that, I can no longer select 1440x900 anymore, even in the 16:10 resolution drop down.

I havent updated any drivers that would have caused this or anything, that I can think of.

Try Uninstalling video drivers and reload them...
Ok, what is a good program to uninstall drivers? If I look myself I will end up getting useless tat, I dont want to harm my system.

Uninstall from your Control Panel, reboot into safe mode, use Driver Cleaner Pro to remove any last files, reboot and install drivers fresh. :)

Driver Cleaner Pro can be downloaded from www.guru3d.com

:)

Right, ive done that, removed the drivers, then restarted used driver cleaner, restarted, installed them again, and restarted, which was quicker than its sounds.

But still no luck, I really need my native resolution back :( :(
