Video screen capture for XP

I teach a computer class for the deaf people as part of my job.

Deaf people's knowledge of English aren't great so I thought it would be better to have a video handout via CD or download from our website.

Support for flash format might be useful as I plan to create a HTML index inside CD.

Any suggestions?

to save making a new thread, any other suggestions?

my boss has asked me to find a decent one, that will be used for training purposes, can pay up to £100 if we need to.

anyone have pro's/con's list to save me testing a ton of them? will test these two now.

things like exporting to swf would be handy (for my boss), suppose i could easily convert files to divx and use the web plugin too

i used the techsmith (snagit) for a while found it easy to use but the overal picture was abit pixalted.
