We've just got a TV for upstairs and I wondered how good these video senders are? They seem to have a sender and reciever and infra red for remote, I just wondered what the quality's like. Thanks.

They're OK. My main bugbear was that you can't transmit an RGB signal (most likely due to the nature of an RGB signal).

Your best bet is to buy one from one of the high-street places that have a no quibbles return policy, then you can give one a shot with the option of taking it back if you're not happy with the results. You might want to start off with the AEI Digisender.

I used to have one of the AEI digisenders and for picture and sound quality it was excellent.

The only problem I had was that my cordless phone often caused lines to appear in the picture as they use similar bands for transmission.

Other than that they work quite well.

Hope this helps :)
