im after some software that i can use my webcam for, record footage off my .
webcam, edit it and perhaps add some cool effects.

anyone know of any such software, either opensource, trial or something that could be sourced elsewhere.

ooVoo - although this is a webcam conferencing utility, it will let you record video etc..

thanks so much, going to try Debut and the windows movie maker, i thought Windows came installed with tools such as this?

im running W7 RC ?
