Hello all, i seem to have a problem when i watch any videos or live tv on the pc. If i use bbc iplayer or sky player, both of them keep having to rebuffer all the time, one minute the picture is good then it stops because the screen is buffering again, this can happen several times in a minute!
Anyone got any ideas how to improve the streaming quality?
Thanks all!

Post how fast your internet connection is, if there is a bandwidth cap or not, if you are using wifi or not and which web browser and version of flash you are using so we can narrow things down.

Pretty common to be honest. Especially if you have a poor ISP with poor download and latency rates.

Also, I have noticed that Google Chrome is probably the quickest and best browser to watch flash videos on.

Hello thanks for the replies, however how do i find out fast my internet connection is? Dont know if there is a bandwidth cap, its through tiscali, i'm using internet explorer and there again how do you find out which version of flash you have?
Sorry for the silly question, but i'm not that great when it comes to computers!

Hello again, done the speed test, on sunday at 09.55, download speed was 2712kbps and the upload spees was 379 kbps, the maximum speed i can get is apparently 4mbps, hope this helps?
I dont like tiscali, we use to be with btyahoo, which i liked, until they mucked up our bill, so thats why we left them!
