I manually manage the video on both devices, and use Handbrake to convert video content (usually with the Apple TV 3 setting as that covers a range of devices) and it works fine.
However, this morning I've been getting new content ready to go away on holiday and iTunes is telling me that it cannot be copied because it cannot be played.
I know this is incorrect as I have one film already on the iPad and it plays fine, yet suddenly it cannot be copied to the iPhone. I then deleted it from the iPad and it will not copy back.
I've tried different settings (iPhone and iPad) in Handbrake to no avail, and none of my existing library will now copy over - even though it has been on both devices before.
The iPad 3 is on 6.1.3, the iPhone 5 is on 6.1.4. I've made no recent changes to iOS nor to iTunes and I'm completely flummoxed.
Any ideas?!
