View bandwidth of shared wireless

How can I see how heavy the load is on a shared wireless router in a house? I share it with one other and need to know whether the other person is using it so much that it's slowing my connection, or that there's something else I need to look at.

It may just be the poor signal?

Try holding Option and clicking on the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar for hidden information

Seems my signal is weak @ about 55%. Great. Top floor of the house too and router is on the ground.

55% is quite a strong signal. If you want to know how much information is going through the router you need to look at the router itself.
