viewing psd files in Windows?

Got CS5 and the psd files I have in folders are just icons, is there a way of viewing them without opening up photoshop?
Irfanview can open them, but I may as well just open them up in photoshop.

I use the Mystic Thumbs codec which was free ages ago, still works!

Xnview is free.

We use it at work, media company and it has opened every image format I'v thrown at it, even some that Photoshop had issues with!
