Viewing RAWS in XP?

Guys,

I never had to do this but I've got a customer who can't view RAW's from her 350D on her Windows XP laptop.

The files are definately on her machine (well this is a woman so who knows) but when she is going to file open via photoshop they aren't appearing....and shes got all types of files available for opening...

So does she need to do anything specific? load any software?

Cheers guys, shes using Photoshop 7 so probably just needs that DNG update.

yeah like Phate said make sure she's updates photoshop i had to do it when i got my D300 so it could read my RAW files.

Found out earlier turns out PS 7 can't read CR2 files....so she's going to upgrade
