Viewing same Excel spreadsheet in two places

Hi guys,

I'm setting up a Visual Management dashboard in work that will be viewed at two different sites. Is there a way of both sites being able to view it at the same time so that they can both interact with it at the same time ie one site makes a change and the other site can see it "live"? I'm guessing that remote desktop would work for one way. Anything out there for two way? I'm looking at projecting it onto interactive (smart) whiteboards so that it will have touch screen functionality. It would be nice for both sites to talk through issues and be able to select / moves things on screen so the other site can see issues / changes etc.

Sharepoint I think will do this and is included with MSOffice.

Just been playing with Samelink, they've already got the license in work. Seems to do the job.

Now I'm looking at the rather impressive SMART Board 885ix ... things seem to have progressed recently
