Viewing This Today - Too Cheap? Or About Right?

Is it just me, or is this car very well priced?

I've HPI'd it and it's clear, the guy seems genuine on the phone, it'd got FSH, etc.

The ad is expiring tomorrow, so it's clearly been on sale a few weeks, do you think something might be wrong with it?

Alternatively, it's just a guy selling his car and it's a decent price...

I'd say it looks about right, possibly a bit on the cheap side, but not miles off. For reference I part-ex'd a 2010 Focus Zetec (with the same engine), about 18K miles on it but perfect condition, in 2012 (so a 2 year old car) for £7300. Privately I might have got £8500 for it if I'd held out a bit, so the price of this 2007 model doesn't look miles away from reality to me.

Looks about right. I paid £2750 for a 55 reg one with similar mileage 2 and a half years ago from a private seller. Everything was spot on save for a tiny dent on the rear bumper and a couple of scratches.

Looks like he wants £3000 for it and priced it in anticipation of offers.

Price seems about right, maybe a wee shade cheap, but he probably just want's it moved on rather than trying to make a huge profit.
