Viewing websites from work..

My work has a content filter running, which blocks websites like ebay, occasionally it gets upset when loading hotmail and all the other obvious websites are blocked.

Is there any way I can still look at these websites by accessing them a different way or anything...?
I have my own websites so have access to some webspace - anything I can put on my website to act as a 'go through' to other websites?

Not being able to access ebay and hotmail sometimes is annoying.
