Viewsonic Monitor Warranty

Hey guys, just noticed a pixel the bottom right hand corner of my Viewsonic 22" is stuck on green. Only had it 3 weeks, so does anyone know if its guaranteed against this? Couldn't find anything on/in the box. I know its only a single pixel, but it is driving me nuts!!!

Righto - am running it at the mo. Any idea how long I should leave it run for?

Try running over night, or a 24 hour period.

I have had 3 VX924s via warranty, all dead pixels in the centre of the screen, on the 2nd one I had 4 coloured sub pixels (I told them that I had 8 to make sure I got a change) on the bottom right of the screen and phoned it in to get a replacement, they said it had to be 3 sub pixels and managed a warranty swap, but again the sub pixel issue showed up in the bottom of the 3rd screen..... :mad:

and now I have about 4 dead (dark) pixels in the bottom right of the screen.

I like my screen but would never buy a Viewsonic ever again. Saying that the warranty swap is great, phone it in, arrange the date and swap them over.

My warranty runs out tommorrow (birthday) so will be looking for a new monitor shortly.

Damn - its only a few weeks old, and I like this monitor. Anyhoo, UDPixel didn't work, so the minute I get home from uni for easter, guess where this thing's going?
