Phoned viewsonic 4 weeks ago, because my VX912B had stopped working. There reply was, sorry got no monitors in stock to replace yours with, nothing we can do for you.
Called again today, same response. Some warranty this is, not happy at all been forced to buy a new monitor (non-viewsonic) and bare the cost myself.
Anyone else experienced problems with them? It was bought 2.5 Years ago, when they had the proper warranty not the RTB 2year thing they offer now
