viewsonic RMA woes

Has anyone had any experience of RMA'ing a viewsonic. I have a vp2030b with a bad pixel.

I had to phone them three times (about once a week) before they would give me an e-mail address to send my proof of purchase. I am now waiting (1 week) for a reply as to when they will change the monitor. If they do not get back to me in a another week i will have to phone them again.

Its like they think that the trouble of me phoning them will may put me off.


Is this typical of viewsonic

rang up today for RMA and got sorted in 15minutes with everything and all ok, best service i have experienced, getting a better monitor and free courier within so many days :)

Thats MY experience of them
