Viewsonic VG920 any good?

Hey, I'm considering making the leap from crt to tft, I was having a look at the viewsonic models as I've heard good things about them.

I'm going to be using it for gaming (mainly), movies and surfing. Would the Viewsonic VG920 satisfy my needs? or does anyone have any recommendations at the ~£200 mark.

It's not a bad screen, certainly nice and responsive for gaming. The one problem you might have is that the heavy use of overdrive technology to boost grey transitions is that it can lead to the accentuation of noise in movie playback. You may find that the 8ms generation which doesn't use this aggressive technology is slightly more all rounded and not as bad in this area. Not a major thing, but worth noting. Models like the Samsung 913N and Neovo F419 are very popular and well established in the ~£200 market
