ViewSonic vs Dell

I have ViewSonic VP2030b running on X800GTO (AGP) mainly web, pict and some games.
recently i was thinking maybe something bigger ? hmm but i sit only 2ft away

will Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP be better in PQ over my ViewSonic ?

is it worth to upgrade ?
