Viewsonic VX2025 backlight bleed

received this yesterday and Im wondering if this is acceptable

theyve referred me to Viewsonic, Im not too happy about this as I believe legally Oclockers may be responsible under distance selling laws etc.

Well Ive come to the conclusion that the bleed level is not noticed in any games I play. If it becomes more noticeable I'll exercise my 3 year Viewsonic warranty.
