I don't need a new monitor but I am bored with the 19 inch widescreen I have. Rather than buy the family a bigger TV (which the wife won't allow to sully her living room), thought maybe a 22 inch monitor could be used for general purpose, games and dvds. This one seems to have a higher resolution and a good price: is there a catch ?

Am using one right now and I like it ... I went for this one mainly due to the pixel size as I prefer the sharpness and I have not been disappointed. One thing of note is that lower than native resolutions in games don't look so bad on this one as compared to a 22 with 1680x1050 that I tried.


Downsides:

I will probably have to upgrade my 8800GTX soon
Overall it feels 'cheap' when I move/tilt it ... but the panel is just fine and I don't move it often!

So actually ... no downsides really AFAIAC ..
