Vigor 2802Vn block internet access for single ip

Hi

At home I try to block the ip address for my laptop 192.168.10.101 (Yes I did change the router ip address to 192.168.10.x instead of 192.168.1.x) from accessing the internet between a specific time of the day.
I tried to follow the steps in the link above but still the laptop (192.168.10.101) can access the internet.


Here is the snapshot for my configuration :

In the second snapshot "Service type" was changed to : "Any"

The source IP should be 192.168.10.101 instead of 192.168.10.5

Actually I did test on two laptop one of then has 192.168.10.5 and other has 192.168.10.101.
And on both of them I couldn't stop accessing the internet
