Vimeo or YouTube video, open in window on web page?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to achieve the following? I'd like to have a link on a web page which when clicked upon, opens up a video window showing a video clip I've uploaded to either Vimeo or YouTube. What's the easiest way to achieve this?

Took the easy way out, just created another web page and embedded the video on there.
