They look good.
However, playing devils advocate, are they really 'fine art' like the site link?
Indeed, beyond actually having the opportunity to fly over those areas, is there really any technical or artistic skill to them?
I think there is an element of both artistic and technical skill involved beyond just shooting and hoping for some good shots.
As to if it's fine art or not, I guess that's down to individual interpretation, I've seen some "supposed" fine art that in my opinion has been complete and utter tripe, so I guess it's swings and roundabouts.
Some great aerial photos but I'm not sure I'd call any of them fine art what ever that means. The guy clearly has a good eye the compositions are generally pretty interesting and there are some unusual angles and details that make them really work. I would be pretty pleased if they were my work!
