Violent Night - December 2nd

Was just about to post this.

100% going to be taking the other half to watch this for a little date night and a little break from the kids and Christmas shopping.

From thebproducers of Bullet train and Nobody we are in for a treat.

Actually can't wait. Haven't been this excited since Topgun 2

Just back from the cinema and probably the most fun and entertaining movie I watched this year. Very respectfully 8 out of 10 for me. @Scam you were spot on.

Die Hard meets Bad Santa meets Home Alone. Defo not for kids surprised it's a 15

I'd give it 6.5/10 - It was fun but the acting was trying to hard to be 1990s style but in 2022 I felt. The Home Alone references were a nice nod but it should have just been left at that. For that reason it just felt like a low budget movie acting, along with the fight scenes where quite clearly the punching etc the person being hit flinches before the hit lands in that budget action movie sort of way.

Santa was the only consistently well acted character, nobody else was really like likeable or connectible.
