Violent sounding fan problem

I've not long had my PC and I recently loaded up the Creation Kit for Skyrim, I couldn't get it working at all recently but it just decided to work, and ever since my computer fans have been making a horrible noise, my CCC says they are at 20% yet are extremely loud, and when I raise them manually to 70+% they sound like they are going to explode. They also make a really weird noise from time to time, like the fans are struggling to work. I've only had my PC since April 9th. :confused:

I've just took my PC side thingy off and gave it a good clean, it wasn't very dirty in there anyway as I clean the exterior several times a week, but doing so seems to have fixed the noise issues. It was probably just my fans way of saying 'clean me *****!'

Is it worth reinstalling my BIOS to completely set my hardware back to factory settings?

You should be able to simply reset it to defaults. F5 does it on mine.

Slim chance but the bearings maybe going in the fans how old are they?

I do clean the PC's exterior and fans several times a week with a hoover, and when I looked inside there was a faint layer of dust on the internet fans, but nothing big. I doubt it'd cause the noises I was experiencing, I was bloody terrified.

There's your problem, keeping the internet cool was probably too much for them
