Virgin Again

Ok guys

My 50 meg Virgin BB has been stopping now for over a week. Its now down to rebooting the modem and the BB will work for maybe 3-5 mins then stops.

Spoke to their Technical(?) support he said the line looks low power so the modem is increasing power?????? And will send an engineer out. IN A WEEK, (well next wed) But still.

Any Ideas folks.
