Virgin and email with outlook 2003?

Hi all,

Just rebuilt my PC and i find now i have changed outlook2000 for 2003 i can not get emails anymore from virgin.

My brother, who is the main account holder can, and i can on my new pc too, but my email is a addon email addy on his account, worked fine for past 5 years with outlook2000. Now i find i can send emails but not recieve anything in outlook2003.

Im sure my password is ok, as i can get to the emails via web browser, but not the same is it.

Anyone else had this issue? would ask virgin but at 1 pound a min...eeek!

Can recieve ANY emails at all?

Were you with ntl or telewest?

If ntl check that you are entering
pop.ntlworld.com
smtp.ntlworld.com
in the account settiings

Can not receive any emails using my account details. but i if use my brothers who is the main email addy on the account, it works ok. my mum uses a addon email like mine but with outlook 2000 and it works ok.

The account is with virgin.net and the cable modem is with virgin media... will try smtp witht he virgin settings to see if it works. when i run the test in outlook2003 it comes up all green...
