Sony Batteries are evil, they may explode and possibly cause a mid-flight disaster, lets ban Apple and Dell Laptops.
Until further notice, all Dell and Apple laptop users have to have their Dell or Apple battery
Sony Laptops however, are not affected.
Edit: Virgin, Qantas and Korean Air are restricting the use of these laptops.
Any chance you guys owning these laptops are flying on virgin airlines anytime soon?
Edit2: Apparently, it's not all Dell and Apple laptops, only those that are in the recall list.
Edit3: Ignore Edit2, Virgin is playing safe by banning ALL Dell and Apple Laptops (ZDnet)

Dell has said it believes such measures are an overreaction, since the product recalls have only affected particular types of batteries. "They could easily check out whether a laptop uses a Sony battery or other brand instead of banning them all," a Dell product manager told the Korea Times following the Korean Air ban. Apple did not respond to requests for comment in time for this article.
