How can I tell if I've been capped (apart from net slows down) - is there any way to see if thats what is causing the slowdown and its not my kit (or sites I visit)?
I'm with Virgin too, but i always get a 0.5MB connection speed and i'm paying for up to 6MB or something like that. It's probably the cables in my street for me.
Think I'd have a word with them about that, 0.5meg connection is rubbish nowdays - see if they can do something about it or at least give you some money off.
