Virgin Code for Samsung 40" TV???

Hi Guys

I ordered a 40" Samsung UE40K5500 and for the life of me can't get the Virgin tivo remote to connect, I've tried the auto sync when the tv turns off but it still doesn't make the tivo remote turn the tv volume up/down or mute?

Is there a new code for the Samsung tv or should I contact Virgin directly

Yes been though that, although the tv light at the bottom blinks every time I hit the volume control on the TiVo controller it doesn't turn the volume up or down or mute? I'm miffed
