Virgin Deals?

Im currently on what i think is the smallest package i believe its called the big easy bundle its just the basic deal + line rental. I currently pay 17.99 line rental and 32 for the TV and internet. I'm not very good with how everything works but i was looking to upgrade as my friend basically pays just over what i do and gets more with his package (channels). Theres currently a deal on the Website that says you can get the Big Kahuna deal for 55 + 17 for the line rental which sounds a lot more appealing to me as it includes BT sport more channels and more internet. Would i have to wait till my contracts over or could i just sort of add this onto my current one? also would there be anyway to get another Virgin box added? Thanks

Yes to both, you can upgrade and also add another box if needed, either a basic view-only one or a TiVo if you pay more. I'd call them up and see if they can offer you a deal.

Thanks for the reply! so i can just upgrade my current package? and yeah it would just be a standard box i think! I think im going to give them a ring tommorow just wanted abit of insight before i go in naively haha thanks

They won't have a problem upgrading your package whilst you're in contract, although you'll be in weaker bargaining position as you obviously can't threaten to leave to get a better deal plus they may try to tie you in for a fresh 12 months from now so check that with them.

Reducing your package whilst in contract is harder obviously.

Ive just rang them and they offered me what i wanted but for a lot more than i thought 100mb internet xl tv package and phone came to 80 pounds!? My friend pays that and gets all the HD channels 200mb Internet and everything i think im going to retry in about an hour maybe just a stubborn employee hopefully haha
