For some reason I decided to look at how much the package I am on at the moment costs and its a lot lower than what I am paying at the moment. :confused:

I looked at the upgrades and got this

Now if I upgrade to XL is that going to cost me £20 a month as I pay more than that for my L 10mb package. :confused:

Your best bet is to phone retentions tomorrow after 8am and follow the process for changing your account, tell them you are thinking of leaving, and ask them why you are paying more than they advertise for your package

They might throw you a bone.

Are you sure that isn't phone and 10mb?
Or some other tv package or rental fee also?

The only thing I have from Virgin is my internet, no phone or tv package.

Yeah, we pay £34 (i think) for 20MB, Phone with free evening and weekend calls and a basic tv box (good for the kitchen where we cant get signal!)

I paid £13 for 6 months (for which all of those months the connection was incredibly poor) and then £17 for the next 6 for 10mb virgin. This was negotiated after a call to a technical manager as they can't offer me telephone at my location for some strange reason.
