Virgin Issues

Hi,

I've had a check on the virgin status website as our internet is currently not working. I'm in Lincolnshire. There was some scheduled maintenance that saw sheffield down yesterday though since last night ours has gone down.

Just wondering if anybody else in the area is experiencing the same. We're connected to the router fine just the 'internet' light is out.

tried all the usual? restart router and modem by unplugging for 10 minutes, restart pc etc etc. if so then give them a ring on 150 (free if you have a virgin phone)
 
I've restarted it, just unplugged it and then reconnected it. I did the same for about 5 minutes but I'll leave it off for 10 minutes like you say. Yup also tried restarting, resetting the network adapter etc. We do have a virgin phone but it's not plugged in or do I know where it is! students :p
 
Looks like we haven't been paying our bills!

The lass who's in charge of doing so hasn't. Well we've not been recieving all of the TV channels. We basically have 1-5 and then channel 4+1 and nothing else. The girls had asked for it to be sorted and it never was.

'There's no hardware or ISP faults, we've cut you off because you've not paid'.
