Virgin Line Stats for 50mbit

What are considered good line stats, I for example, am getting the following for downstream which worries me slightly:

Power Level
(dBmV) -0.22 0.02 0.00 N/A

I remember when the engineer was here that the target for upstream was 25-45dB but what is the target for downstream?

Just read some stuff here which suggests my stats are pretty good:

I think my router is playing up though as under heavy load (downloading from newsgroups for example) I find that web browsing on other machines can be *very* slugish with lots of packetloss
