Virgin Media alternatives

Right a simple isp question are there any alternatives to virgin media to get a cable broadband connection?

The better version of the question is there a cheaper alternative to virgin media for cable?

Iv moved into my uni house in belfast and were in a cable area (and dont have a bt line... but the line rental seems expensive for that) and cant seem to find anything better than what my mums got in england (its £15.50 with line rental for cheapest broadband). So yeah anyone know of a better deal?

Just grind the VM price down by saying you're going to quit. Works almost every time.

The choice on cable is VM or VM.

Ah as i expected, no competition in cable

Cheers though, ill give the i quit routen a go on them some time (see mock the week last week? macentire did that to his phone operater and lost the phone...)
