Virgin media cable.....speed issues

Is anyone on cable in the Hampshire or surrounding area suffering from really slow web browsing?

Downloads are fine but surfing is like being back on 56k

No, but for some reason I went from 10 to 20mb and for some reason everything seemed slower for about a week, youtube vids would take an age to load but fine now! Somehow I don't think this helps but whatever!

Service status says nothing for your area? Mine says my broadband is down this evening.... odd.

Not in your area but at times of the day ive been experiencing dodjy pings with high packet loss. Probably to do with upgrades.
